Join MAVA and Lakewood Health System in Staples, MN for lunch, networking, and three speakers from Central Minnesota!
The event's speakers are regional innovators in engaging volunteers:
Lonna Dille, volunteer coordinator at Lakewood Health System will share about creative ways to build a volunteer program.
Sheila Boldt, owner of Pine Haven Native Shoreline Restoration in Brainerd will share "How to Effectively Tell Your Story" using technology, social media, and local media partnerships.
Maggie Fresonke and Mindi Larson from Perham Health will share about the Elevate project, and their efforts to build a community-wide approach to volunteerism.
After each speaker we will have facilitated conversation, for registrants to engage the topics and connect with each other!
Everyone is welcome to register!
This event is limited to 50 registrants.
FYI: Attendants will have to wear masks upon entering the building, but masks can be removed in the meeting space.
