How do we engage volunteers in an ever-shifting time? The COVID-19 pandemic caused many to reevaluate and reprioritize. Rapidly evolving values around work have made millions reexamine their jobs — leading to a “Great Resignation.” And the racial reckoning of 2020 revealed deeply ingrained racism and the urgent need for change.

What does this mean for volunteerism? How can organizations handle the weight of external change AND advance their mission with the help of volunteers? How can organizations enact more inclusive and equitable volunteer practices? How can we rethink the ways we've always done it? We want to hear from you!
