Service Enterprise Information Session: Winter 2020-Spring 2021 Cohort
Looking for ways to to adapt volunteerism to new realities in your organization?
Ready to take volunteer engagem
ent to the next level?
Service Enterprise can get you there.
This national certification program empowers organizations to increase their impact by leveraging skills of volunteers, expanding the culture of volunteerism and engaging senior leadership. More than 50 organizations across Minnesota
have already been certified as Service Enterprises.
The time has never been better to take stock of volunteer involvement, increase your volunteer program’s ability to respond to uncertainties, and position your organization to better leverage its greatest asset – the power of your staff-volunteer teams.
Through Service Enterprise, your organization will have access to:
A research-based assessment of existing organizational volunteer engagement practices.
Up to 15 hours of team-based change management training offered in a cohort model with 4 to 8 other organizations.
Individualized coaching to address unique organizational opportunities and challenges.
National certification signifying the organization’s commitment and proficiency in leveraging the time and talent of volunteers to meet the social mission of your organization.
All activities for this cohort - assessment, training and coaching - will be offered online to minimize health risks and maximize time for your team to participate.
The online Information Session will provide you with background on the Service Enterprise model
and benefits your organization can realize through working towards certification
, as well as details about participating i
n the upcoming cohort and prerequisites for online cohort participation.
Join us to learn more about
this cost-effective opportunity to grow your volunteer impact.
If you are not able to participate in this meeting live, you can register to receive a recording of the session. Please note, MAVA's Service Enterprise cohort is only open to Minnesota organizations.
