Webinar: Managing Volunteerism During COVID-19 and Beyond

Volunteerism has been drastically impacted by the pandemic, and you are likely finding that you need new strategies to recruit, manage, and engage volunteers during these challenging times. Join MAVA, VolunteerMatch, and a panel of volunteer engagement leaders in this webinar to hear how some organizations have restructured to continue using volunteers on site and remotely. You will also learn how to develop a hybrid volunteer engagement strategy to include both in-person and remote volunteer opportunities, gain tips for assessing your organization's readiness to reopen and designing appropriate policies, and leave with ideas for recruiting new volunteers while continuing to engage current or furloughed volunteers. All participants will receive a free copy of MAVA's Volunteer Engagement COVID-19 Response Guide and Toolkit.
