Administrators of Healthcare Volunteers

The Administrators of Healthcare Volunteers (AHV) is a network group of MAVA comprised of, and voluntarily led by, volunteer administrators from all sectors of healthcare including hospitals and clinics, long-term care facilities, hospice care, rehabilitation centers, and advocacy, support, and service organizations.  AHV is committed to excellence in leadership of healthcare volunteers and offers high-quality professional development and networking opportunities.

AHV meets virtually on the third Wednesday of each month from 8:30-9:30am.

Membership

By joining AHV, you will receive invitations to professional development and networking opportunities tailored to volunteer management in healthcare setting, have access to the AHV discussion forum located on the MAVA website, and be able to tap into the expertise of your colleagues who share similar issues and concerns.  Whether your setting is nursing home, hospital, clinic, home care, hospice, rehabilitation, addiction and recovery, etc. all are welcome for a rich exchange of ideas, experience and knowledge!

To be added to the AHV network, select the Administrators of Healthcare Volunteers (AHV) network under ‘Additional Member Data’ on your MAVA profile.
