About this event
In the ever-evolving world of nonprofit fundraising, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the multitude of tools, strategies, and trends available. Instead, allow us to help you identify the 20% of effort that will yield 80% of your desired results.
This session will unlock the secrets of applying the 80/20 rule to fundraising, with an emphasis on the often more neglected areas of grant seeking and digital fundraising. Though these lessons prioritize high-impact actions in these high-need areas of fundraising, they're also applicable to major and individual giving campaigns. Whether you work at a small or mid-sized nonprofit with limited resources or an organization looking to refine its strategy, this workshop will provide specific actions to help you build a strong foundation for sustainable growth.
Key Takeaways:
-
Understand how to apply the 80/20 rule to focus on what truly drives results for both grant seeking and digital fundraising.
-
Discover ways to harness technology to manage and implement these core fundraising strategies.
-
Develop clear steps you can take after the workshop to address your unique funding situation and concerns.
We encourage you to invite your development and/or program colleagues to attend.
