Work smarter, not harder. We can all benefit from a well-crafted plan, whether you are setting up a brand new volunteer program or working within an established system.
Let’s be strategic instead of reactive. This workshop will challenge participants to identify and prioritize the important operational elements of our work, that can so easily slide by (for more “urgent” demands). Whether it’s updating your program brochures, backing up your database, scheduling CEUs or refreshing your website, you need a plan.
In this workshop we will present a framework for you to customize for your own. We will identify, prioritize, delegate and schedule all things volunteer engagement! You will leave with a plan that makes sense for you.
This workshop was created by members of MAVA's Professional Development Committee, who pooled their experience and expertise to bring you this presentation, focused on practical ways to make your year run more smoothly.
