Cutting-Edge Strategies for Engaging Volunteers in the New Year

About this event

Volunteer Engagement is a dynamic field and we're in a time of great stretching and innovation. In this workshop, we will orient ourselves and explore emerging strategies for effective volunteer engagement.

We will cover how to get organizational buy-in for a culture that fundamentally leverages volunteers. We'll look at how to redesign volunteer positions with flexibility and options in mind. And we'll discuss partnering with volunteers, telling the deeper stories of their contributions, and empowering volunteers to invest in your organization, with the fullness of their skills and good ideas.

Together, we will identify your goals for 2023 and your next steps for implementing cutting-edge strategies to attract volunteers, retain volunteers, and maximize their impact!
