MAVA's Board helps to provide leadership and fundraising for the organization. Board Members are expected to attend monthly board meetings (2 hours) as well as attend 1 to 2 committee meetings each month. Board Members serve two-year terms, usually start in January, and are required to be MAVA members during their term of service.
Serving on MAVA's board is not only a great way to become more involved with MAVA, but also to develop professional leadership skills. If you would like to be a member of MAVA's Board, download the application and Organization Support Statement. Application deadline is October 16th.
