In the current economic environment, many organizations are rethinking how volunteers can be involved in higher level and leadership roles. With limited resources for staff, this is one of the few routes open to do more, or even keep up. You will:
Explore opportunities for involving volunteers being placed in higher responsibility roles
Look at the complexities of volunteers being placed in higher responsibility roles
Offer a framework for looking at expanded roles for volunteer involvement

All day workshop presented by MAVA that will showcase all of the most recent research and materials on what is changing in engaging volunteers and how to maximize the impact of volunteers on mission. Since it is an all-day workshop there will be a small fee, but a reduced rate due to the Bremer grant awarded to MAVA.

As we have done in the past we plan to offer a webinar for this meeting. This allows us to register thru Bremer, but if you can’t make it to Willmar, you can log on at your home office. Updates will follow.
