Don’t miss the opportunity to exhibit at the 2013 Minnesota Conference for Volunteer Administration, Leading the World, Changing our Community: Build, Invigorate, Unite … This year’s theme exemplifies the vision of the professional volunteer managers.  Citizens, both here at home in Minnesota and worldwide, rely on volunteer administrators who are prepared, connected, and ready to lead.  They help strengthen and build our communities along with the volunteers they lead. The conference is hosted by the Minnesota Association for Volunteer Administration (MAVA), a 501(c)(3) organization. The mission of MAVA is to inspire excellence in the leadership of volunteers to impact communities.  Our primary goal is to maximize the effectiveness of volunteers, by working to bring community groups, schools, and organizations together to foster dialogue that helps build strong systems for volunteerism. Working through its members, MAVA significantly impacts volunteerism in all sectors of the state.

What we’ll do:

Prior to the Conference:

  • Circulate early promotion of the exhibit hall to conference attendees, highlighting all its unique features.
  • List your organization name and specialty on the conference web site, once you’ve registered.
  • Offer ongoing communications to you prior to the conference to answer your questions. 

At the Conference:

  • Provide a “traffic-generating” and comfortable location in the exhibit area.
  • The Conference check-in and registration area will be in same facility. 
  • Offer comfortable seating in facility and volunteers to assist with your questions.
  • Provide you with assistance with Set-up and Take-Down each day.
