Frequently Asked Questions- MAVA Membership
1. How do I renew my MAVA membership online?
Go to www.mavanetwork.org
Log in (upper right corner)
User name: your email address
Password: (default: mava)
Click “view profile” (upper right)
Click on the button next to your membership level that says “renew until ……”
Then it should walk you through the rest.
Please note: on Organizational Memberships, the bundle administrator must renew for the entire group.
2. How do I update the information shown on my membership profile?
Go to www.mavanetwork.org
Log in (upper right corner)
User name: your email address
Password: (default: mava)
Click “view profile” (upper right)
Click "edit profile"
Note: bundle administrators may update information for any member in their bundle.
3. How do I add members to my organizational membership?
Go to www.mavanetwork.org
Log in (upper right corner)
User name: your email address
Password:(default: mava)
Click “view profile” (upper right)
Scroll down to “bundle summary” and click “add member”
Enter member’s contact information. Repeat to add additional members.
4. I forgot my password- what do I do?
a. Try using 'mava' as your password
b. Click on the "forgot password" link under the log in box to reset your password.
c. Email office@mavanetwork.org to have your password reset.
5. How do I get a membership certificate emailed to me?
Email office@mavanetwork.org and put in the subject line "membership certificate."
