Being on MAVA’s board is not only a great way to become more involved with MAVA, but also to develop professional leadership skills.

MAVA's Board helps to provide leadership & fundraising for the organization. Board Members are expected to attend monthly board meetings (2 hours) as well as attend 1 to 2 committee meetings each month.  Board Members serve 2 year terms, usually start in January, and are required to be MAVA members during their term of service.

Remember, participation in the Board of Directors is a great way to develop your professional skills and network with others in the field!
